How to deal with the failure of battery spot welding machine?

(1) The welding material of spot welding machine has good conductivity, and the spacing shall be increased. For example, when welding aluminum alloy spot welding, the spot spacing is about 30% higher than that of stainless steel spot welding.

(2) Clean the part surface before spot welding with medium frequency spot welder.

(3) For weldments with densely distributed welding spots, the spot welding sequence shall be properly selected.

(4) Special shaped electrodes are used to avoid accidental contact points and shunt.

(5) When spot welding parts of different materials and thicknesses, the electrode shall be placed on the side with large branch resistance (i.e. thin plate or side with poor conductivity).
